Eleuthera Oceanfront Resort & Wellness Community, The Bahamas

Pillar Properties Incorporated a.k.a Tianrong Medical Group Inc. (OTC:TNMD), in partnership with Community Redevelopment Inc. (OTC:CRDV), is spearheading a landmark, large-scale eco-resort, wellness, and agricultural development in the Southern Bahamas.

This expansive project, situated on 2,000 acres of prime beachfront and farmland on Eleuthera Island, represents the next major phase of TNMD's Caribbean portfolio and its strategic transition into a tokenized Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).

  • This initiative is a joint venture blending hospitality, renewable energy, organic agriculture, and digital-finance integration to create a world-class sustainable destination.

    • Property Scope: The 2,000-acre leasehold is comprised of two components:

      • Northside Beach Acreage: 250 acres of oceanfront property featuring existing resort structures and development rights, independently valued at approximately USD $237 million as of 2023.

      • Gibson's White Land Farmland: 1,750 acres of surrounding farmland designated for agricultural and infrastructure potential.

    • Location Strategy: The project is minutes from Rock Sound International Airport. Eleuthera is consistently ranked among the world's most pristine island destinations, and the development aligns with The Bahamas' national goals for sustainable tourism, job creation, and foreign direct investment.

    • Joint Development: TNMD and CRDV hold a 50% undivided interest in the 99-year leasehold estate and will jointly form a Development Committee to oversee all planning and execution.

  • The master plan for the 2,000-acre development includes a comprehensive array of luxury, wellness, and sustainable features:

    • Hospitality & Wellness: Multiple five-star oceanfront resorts with dedicated wellness, spa, and anti-aging centers.

    • Residential Offerings: Luxury residential villas and lakefront estates.

    • Leisure & Recreation:

      • 125-acre freshwater lagoons.

      • PGA-signature golf courses with panoramic ocean views.

      • Super-yacht marina and marine repair facilities.

    • Sustainable Infrastructure:

      • Green-energy facilities, including solar and wind farms, designed to produce up to 80 MW.

      • Organic farms and agro-processing centers to support self-sufficient, health-oriented communities.

    • Healthcare: A tertiary medical campus offering cardiac, trauma, and emergency care to support both residents and visitors.

  • The project is moving forward with a focus on comprehensive master planning and digital integration:

    • Current Status: The companies have secured the 99-year leasehold rights through an agreement dated November 4, 2025. The master plan for the 250-acre oceanfront resort is unveiled, aligning with the broader vision for the 2,000-acre community.
